If students are wondering about this message, here is a quick clarification. It has been observed that interaction of students (esp. of the Final year) with resource personnel and visitors for Tech Talks from the Industry has been almost zero. This is fundamentally because of two reasons.
- One is the lack of enthusiasm and confidence in talking on any relevant topic with the resource personnel.
- The second is the inability to relate acquired subject knowledge with practical every-day experience.
Show us how strong you are; how brave you are; how consistent you are; how excellent you are; how committed you are and how impressive you are - and we will show you how valuable you are & will be to the rest of the world. Remember, the motto of your alma mater is "Towards Excellence" -- nothing other than excellence will open the avenues of your success.
Nothing below par is ever given to you. Understand the value and participate with enthusiasm. When everyone gets their jobs, you don't want to miss the bus, for the arrival of the next one will always be uncertain.
